The purpose of this blog is to capture my thoughts, workouts, & results with trying to do the paleo diet for 30 days ( I am hoping to continue it longer than that but let’s take baby steps). At a minimum I am hoping it is something I will laugh at later or something other folks in my situation can learn from. I am not an “elite” athelete or trainer.. just some early 30 year old who has said enough and lets get my act together.
This is my first blog and I suck at writing but lets see what happens. I am open to feedback and suggestions to improve the blog so dont be shy.
